My stay here was excellent, quiet, nice comfortable room.. all needs were met!! Extremely great customer service from Joanna she’s very helpful and knowledgeable about her job.
I woke up one morning to my apartment being flooded and had to quickly find a hotel for me and my children so that I could work and my kids could do remote learning. We arrived at the extended stay hotel after searching high and low for a hotel and we were Promptly and politely greeted by the front desk associate named Joanna. She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, even gave us information about places around the area for restaurants and leisure that were great suggestions for me and my children. I will be definitely staying here again and I appreciate her help.
My vehicle was broke into last night. The hotel only has 1 security camera in the front office. The hotel is secluded with trees all the way around it, you think this makes it nice. Unfortunately it makes it easier for theives to come during the night and steal. If you stay here just make sure you watch out. Our company will no longer be staying at this location.
I’d refer this hotel to everyone... clean rooms and very nice staff... one receptionist Joanne or Joanna was really pleasant... Very nice and handled my requests promptly.. You can tell she knows and enjoys what she does.. Thank you!!
Loved my stay at the Extended Stay! Great staff, super nice at check in. No issues whatsoever booking on hotels.com. Room was an adorably modern one bed with kitchenette. Bathroom was nice as well. Basic cable was great with a large flat screen TV. Cold ac was awesome! Room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend!
Joanna Carter Cynthia Danielle Drew Jesse Are just a few people who are very dedicated and friendly to everyone. I highly recommend this extended stay America at yorkmont rd. Rooms are clean and very nice. There's not a day that goes by where the staff has not greeted me or asked about my son. This place deserves more than 5 Stars.
I had a wonderful stay. The front Rep. Joanna was amazing. She help me with all my needs and got it just right for me and my family. Love it. Thanks joanna!!!
