I waited as long as possible to keep from writing this review, but unfortunately they cannot deliver on work promised. Ordered two flags and needed them installed at my business. Spoke to the owner on the phone first at Memorial Day and then multiple times and he assured me that they were ordered and he would be coming out to install with a lift as requested. Not only are they not ordered, but he simply went on vacation and never did anything. If you can't do the work, just tell me. No reason to over-promise and under-deliver. Bad business.
