My exam went very well. The doctor, was kind, personable and the exam was very comprehensive. Afterwards she explained each step and test and asked if I had questions. I was reluctant to lose my old Dr. due to an insurance change but now feel very fortunate to have found her.

24 - 48 hours in advance they have you fill out online the paperwork you would normally do in the office. COVID-19 procedures are followed to the letter. Would I recommend Fair Lakes Optometry and its staff? Yes! Yes, I would!!!!

Called to ask for details about a test and the lady behind the counter wouldn't even help us. She just said the doctor does that and is with a patient. Didn't even offer to take our number and call us back. Terrible customer service. As the person who answers the phone, you should know the services you offer or offer to take down the number and call back.

Loved Dr. Susan! She was so great and I loved that she explained what she was doing as she was doing it- have never had an eye doctor take that much care during an exam before. Very impressed and happy with my experience, and will definitely be using this office from now on.
