This is my favorite breakfast location in Fairbanks by far! I want to be clear though that this is not exclusively a breakfast location at all. I just happened to go for breakfast is all. First off, they have a very large menu of all kinds of crepes. I was actually taken aback a bit with the unexpected variety that was available! They have a breakfast crepe menu, but I instead opted for a savory a savory ham and smoked gouda crepe to start off with. I followed it up with an amazingly delicious dessert crepe consisting of a creme cheese filling with blueberries and sliced strawberries. It was really good! The chef even came out personally to see if I was ready for the dessert crepe to be started before making it, so it was timed perfectly after I was finishing my ham and gouda crepe. This restaurant is in my top two places to eat so far in Fairbanks. Unfortunate, I haven't been able to go back since. They had to close temporarily for a maintenance issue with their heating. I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it as I'm writing this review though.

After having some pretty disappointing food on our trip to Fairbanks (no disrespect, Fairbanks, but I hope we just didn't find the good options), we came here for dinner on our last full day. It was simple, but kind of perfect. It wasn't just the contrast that made it stand out, either. I started wondering how I could start a place like this back home, which I will admit to doing a couple times in the past, but it isn't a regular occurrence. Honestly, we were cautious in Fairbanks. We wear our masks everywhere, not because we are worried for ourselves, but because it is the socially accepted right thing to do right now. We walked into several places and felt unwelcome, mostly related to this. We felt more welcomed here than anywhere else we went, and that meant a lot. The food was excellent, as well. As I said, it is simple, but it is done right. The ingredients are fresh and balanced, and so is the menu. The options range from vegetarian and healthier to more indulgent. It was not a difficult decision to go back the next day before our flight home for lunch, and we won't make another trip to Fairbanks without stopping here.

Fantastic crepes. We had the crab crepe and the “Californian”. They were both delicious and super filling. You can see the staff prepare the crepes as you wait and all staff was following COVID protocols accordingly. The place was also super clean. Def stop by this place if visiting Fairbanks. You won’t regret it.

Solid crepe restaurant. Options are varied and toppings are fresh. Only thing I would say is to maybe grill the bratwursts instead of boiling them.

Fantastic spot in downtown Fairbanks! So many delicious options to choose from, and great brunch bloody marys too! The crepes were perfectly prepared, very filling, and there's both sweet and savory options. Give it a try!
