An amazing doctor! I truly couldn't have asked for better care. Highly recommend.

It is difficult to put a rating but I would give 5 stars to the doctor who is very knowledgeable and professional; I would put 1 star to a rude and ineficient front office. I try to make an appointment by phone and after 30 minutes on hold I gave up, by email in my chart after more than 24 hours I did not have any answer to my request !!!!

After some understandable confusion with contact information and meetings to find out more about my mother's cancer diagnosis, I was finally able to speak directly with Dr. Rice. She was very down-to-Earth and explained the situation clearly. Knowing the next steps forward was a huge relief. We know that cancer is never a good thing, but being in contact with experts like Dr. Rice and Dr. Yu will help us navigate these difficult times for my mother. Thank you, Dr. Rice.

On the referral of my cardiologist, I made an appointment one month out, which I considered reasonable. I showed up early, and completed all paperwork prior to my appointment time. Then I waited. After my appointment time, I waited 20 min in the waiting room, and another 35 minutes in the exam room. When the doctor arrived and asked how I was doing, I told her I was tired of waiting. She said I could find another doctor, and walked out. The office manager came in ten minutes later, and listened to my story, but offered no apologies and no other doctor. I left, more than an hour after I arrived, having recieved no service and no satisfaction.
