If you have any other option for your radiology appointments I strongly encourage you take it. The reception staff is less than welcoming and, to some degree, rude. I admit my mistake of forgetting my doctor's order but there is absolutely no reason I should be spoken to like a child being chastised. If I there had been no financial consequence for leaving I most certainly would have. In the 15 minutes I was in the waiting room, I could hear equally disparaging conversations with other patients. The technician who did my mammogram was polite and professional.

Scheduling appointment with fairfax radiology is so terrible. No one pick up. and when you set for them to call back, they did but 10 minutes before closing. If you missed the call that is. I am so frustrate with them. I am looking for other who can provide the service (x-ray, ultrasound...)

This was a horrible experience. I had a 9am apt. About 30 min after I arrived the girl that started checking me in said that I could not have a procedure done since I did not bring pictures from MWH in Fredericksburg VA...dahhh no one ever ever ever told me to do that. To make a long story short the office manager made it all work but NOT without me having to wait until. 4:30pm to get my one side x-rayed. It was awful then putting me in the middle of rush hour traffic that I was trying to miss when I made the early apt.

Door was opened four times while changing in the examination/test room. First time, I was trying to change out of my clothes and into the patient gown when the door was opened. I asked the technician to please give me a minute. The second time, it was while I was trying to change into my clothes. The technician said two of the images did not transfer and needed to do it again. Third time, it was by a different technician who told me she was going to escort me out. I asked her to give me a minute to finish changing. She told me to open the door when I’m done. But she opened the door again to ask if I was done. As I was leaving the first technician ran out and jumped into the same elevator I took to leave the building. It felt upsetting and uncomfortable. Knocking is a common courtesy. Please respect the patient.

Its not that hard to scheduel as they make it by asking questions again and again!
