I was a patient for a few years and they started out great with the personal care and great service. Then they expanded and it went down hill. The staff did not know what they were doing. I was in the dr office about every other month with issues with stump cause the Prostic was not done right and they said it was all good. I even left there one time and my leg was not put together right and got home and the leg came apart and I fell. They told me it was something I must have done. I believe that they just want the money not personal care. They are like Hanger and just want numbers. The staff is untrained and told to deal with it. When I went to the owner they would just ok I’ll look into it. If you value your health do go here.

Let me tell you about this unprofessional company. They provided a service to me while I was in the hospital for a 2 week stay. The hospital billed my insurance and 41 other providers billed my insurance. This company failed to make ONE phone call to the hospital for my insurance information. 1 CALL!!! They sent every one of my invoices and all of my collections notices to the hospital I was at as if that was my home address. FOR 10 MONTHS!!! I first learn of this 3 days ago when I get a warrant in debt letter from Fairfax County Courts. I AM BEING SUED FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. 0 STARS!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IN THE WORLD!!!

Infinite Technologies is flat out the best there is! They had me walking 6 months after my amputation, which given my circumstances is incredible. Hans really knows his stuff! About 3 years post amputation and he is still pushing me and cheering me on. Their specialists that work with the insurance companies are top notch as well. I will never go anywhere else!

Everyone at Infinite Tech is amazing!! We have been going there (usually to the Fairfax location) every two weeks for my son for the past 8 months, and honestly we look forward to it. We usually see Katie for our equipment adjustments who is so sweet and fun! Kristina at the front desk is always so welcoming and polite. Audrey and Kasey are also sooo sweet and my son just adores them!! The have “Freaky Fridays” every month and everyone dresses up- and we love to participate! All the staff is helpful, fitting us in for emergent appts as necessary and making sure we can get ahold of someone nights or weekends. Can’t recommend them enough!!
