Excellent service. Honest diagnosis. Chelsea was so pleasant and easy to work with. The tenant said the hot tub didn’t work but BJ Pool and Spa just reset the fuse box, cleaned up a few hoses and we were good to go. They charged only for the one hour diagnostic visit and didn’t inflate their service call. I’m keeping their names for all my clients’ pool and spa needs. Happy to recommend this local family business.

We ordered our hot tub from Tuff Spas which is a manufacturer in AZ, they sent the spa to us. They failed to send any chemicals (even though we paid for them) and basically refused to give us any information on what chemicals or how to use them. After months of frustration dealing with tuff spas I can't possibly tell you how much it meant to me to have Chelsea from BJ Pool and Spa call me and offer to help me understand the chemicals. Chelsea's kindness really cannot be understated. Looking forward to meeting Adam who will hopefully fix this broken light (yes our light won't turn on, and yes, it is a brand new spa) *sigh* I wish we had found BJ Pool and spa sooner and we would have bought a hot tub from them!
Chelsea is incredibly knowledgable and generous with her time. This is the place to go if you need help with your hot tub.
My husband Danny W. and I absolutely love this company! They have helped us out so many times and we are so appreciative. They have the best staff in the entire world! We've had nothing but great interactions and are so appreciative of their service. We want to give a shout out to Adam, who came to our house and not only helped us but also told us what we were doing wrong and how to get the most out of our pool. Adam is awesome! Everyone there is awesome! I'm saying awesome a billion times because I think they're absolutely fantastic! Thanks again everyone!
One brand, bullfrog, nice enough woman that worked there. June/July 2021 delivery, seems like a long time to wait. Not the place if you are ready now though the brand seems excellent.
