Dr. Suh did an excellent job making me feel comfortable about my upper bleph. I was nervous about the procedure and pain but both the doctor and the staff helped me relax. The practice did an excellent job of instructing me to prepare before and with after the procedure follow-up. I had an excellent experience and am super satisfied with my outcome. Highly recommend!
The medical staff at Dr. Suh's office are helpful and friendly. I can not recommend them highly enough. I went in for a free consultation about getting rid of some bulge areas around my belly. They recommended Coolsculpting service and their medical aesthetician Maria took good care of me. She is so friendly. And, the results for me are excellent. I'm very happy with the outcome!
I made an appointment bc I had a cyst and wanted to get treated. When I called, the doctor said it could be treated in her office in one day. However, when I went in, I was told nothing could be done because the doctor believed that it was not a cyst, that \cyst would be at the bottom of her list.\ She told me to get an ultrasound or an MRI before she can do anything to treat it. Turns out, it was a cyst, and I was able to get it treated at another doctor's office through a steroid injection, an idea I brought up during consultation but dismissed by her immediately. It was a complete waste of 50 consultation fee. I also had to wait 45 minutes just to see her. Overall, very unpleasant experience at the office and disappointment due to her lack of respect and consideration.
I can't express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Suh & her amazing staff for taking such gentle and great care of me unexpectedly. I tripped/fell on my chin - which is already an unpleasant ordeal without the risk of being exposed to covid. I was referred to her by my OB as I was in the early stages of my pregnancy when this happened. Dr. Suh and her staff took such amazing care of me. I was so relieved about how cautious their office was and the steps taken to ensure the safety of their patients during this pandemic. They helped calm me down after the incident and Dr. Suh cleaned/stitched up my chin and checked with my OB to ensure that the procedure/antibiotics would be pregnancy safe. I would highly recommend Dr. Suh & her staff, whether it is for her expertise in cosmetic procedures or for attending to medical-related needs. By the way, people can barely even see my scar so that's an extra plus! Thank you all so much for your care in my time of need!
