Probably the best DMV experience I've ever had. Not a high bar, I know, but it is what it is. The folks there were friendly and forgiving of mistakes. They let me run to my car to find a second proof of residence, and we're able to see me pretty quickly. To be fair, I had to schedule this appointment a couple months in advance, but it was fine when I got there. The whole affair was maybe an hour total.

Due to covid, they only accept appt walk-in service. I have been waited for 2 months. When I got there 5:30pm, they already closed. And my appointment was 5:45pm. No one notified me, or any reschedules. Now i have to wait for another 2-month for my next appt.

It was good. Had an appointment and did not have to wait long. Renewed drivers license and added Real ID. All done for 5 years.

Must be monday is always busy I been wait here more then two hour with long line, very busy today service is ok but need more chair for the customers .

Horrible customer service. The rep was very rude and didn't know how to do her job. She kept saying I didn't have the right paperwork to renew my ID when I clearly did. When I asked to speak to a manager they did not have one. I went to another rep and they ended up helping me. I wasted over an hour when I had an appointment that shouldn't have gone over 30 minutes.This DMV needs to teach its employees customer service and respect.
