My brother is diabetic and Lisa was so caring and knew exactly what was needed to get done so he could have his supplies out in a timely fashion. As a Type 1 diabetic diagnosed at the age of 50, I was a stranger in a strange land when dealing with the complexities of equipment and supplies. I had terrible experiences with other suppliers until Collins came into my life. Collins has been stellar in terms of making sure that I got pumps, infusion sets, sensors, transmitters, test strips and more shipped to me when I needed them, and always kept in touch by phone. Now, Collins has gone above and beyond: I had long-term struggles with a certain pump/transmitter combo and had to petition my insurers to switch manufacturers. This isn't easy, and when my first request was denied, I was marooned with an expired transmitter and a broken pump, and had to revert to syringes (dangerously inaccurate). Enter the smart, energetic Deb Little, who went to bat for me, appealed the decision, and in a matter of days had the denial overthrown. Victory! Collins will now be shipping my new, improved equipment and I can't wait. Deb and Collins, you are literally lifesavers!

Collins Medical has been supplying my equipment for close to 5 years.As a Type 1 diabetic and expecting mother I can say Collins is an excellent supplier. What makes them stand out the most is the boundless effort and Support Walesca Perez offered me to help get a medical device I desperately needed. She worked with me directly as well as my insurance and doctors office for the period of over one month she emailed me daily ( sometimes multiple times )providing updates and support as well as reaching out to my doctors (sometimes daily) to request information and follow up. I can confidently say that she strives to put the needs of the patients as a high priority and even when it comes to dealing with difficult insurance claims or moderators she does not back down. I am happy to have her on my team of support as well as to have Collins medical providing me with my supplies. Thank you Collins for having an employee such as Walesca Perez as part of your team she is a valuable asset to your company and to the patients she represents.

I had a grab bar installed for my mom, margarita Muniz, and Tatyana went over and above to schedule the installation as quickly as possible for us, we needed to have it installed quickly for my mom that is 92. She was able to schedule the installation to our needs and was very efficient and understanding! Wish everyone in customer service had her kindness and sweetness! Thank you so much Tatyana!
