Had a great experience with this Miniso location with the help of a young man named Keoni. He was very helpful and informative. However, the team seems to be understaffed which is a great concern because of how busy the store gets. There always seem to be around 1 to 2 people on the floor and the register which means they are not able to communicate with the customers in order to excel in exceptional customer service. Would have rated 5 stars if there were more employees helping around the store as the line to the register is very long and items get misplaced easily.

11/13/2020. Drove up from Sac to come here. Website from the Mall, Miniso, Goggle review and yelp said it open but got here around 1pm and gate is close. Don't waste your time.
