Since covid it's much quiter than the past no kids running around no numbers being called out jzt 1 person to handle the croud... more efficient it appears!?! Iwas only there for 5mins

Security staff great. Offered to get seat so i didn't have to stand long. Srrvicing employee was polite and speedy.

Spoke with a very rude man who’s name I believe was Laurence. He was not believing what I was telling him and was rather dismissive of me and insensitive when I attempted to explain my inability to access proof of a job loss. He acted very unethical and shouldn’t be in the human services field. Why is this man employed here? I would never waste anyone else’s time or even MY time trying to get help if I truly didn’t need it.

It's funny how my tax dollars fund their programs. But when I need help it's not available to me. Smh There is no such thing as \Government funded\ EVERYTHING IS TAX PAYER FUNDED.
