First time trying this place. The gyros were good and my brother enjoyed the falafel and lamb plate.

Place is really good, food is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, as I was waiting for my pick up order I noticed a lot of different happenings that shouldn't be done in the middle of a global pandemic; A year into the pandemic. In example, people are allowed to take their masks off in the closed establishment, so if you're waiting for your pick up order, I'd recommend doing so outside or not at all. Noticed cashier hung around where the food is served with facemask pulled down to the neck, talking around and packing the food with no facemask on, which is highly unprofessional and a biohazard for those who are trying to receive clean served food from this place. I really had better hopes for trust in this restaurant.
This place is great. I usually get a chicken or lamb gyro. I also like their falafel with hummus. Making your own bowl is also a good way to go. Pretty much everything they got is tasty. Pretty fast too. Never waited longer than ten mins.
First time at Falafel Palace for us..We just finished getting our Covid-19 shot at CSUN.. and we were hungry and saw the place . It says Gyro on the building and that sounded great.. called order in and picked up in 10 minutes. . Wow..what a fantastic meditterean sandwich. It was much better than the ones we had in Santorini, Greece ( probably too touristy there ).. So give yourself a treat and stop by after your next vaccination... ummmmmm
I got the chicken shawarma in a pita and found it to be very bland, even with pickles and tzatziki sauce. My wife got the lamb gyro that was just okay and kinda salty. Considering the price, there are better Mediterranean food options out there. Very disappointed. Service was good and food was prepared promptly. Girl at the register was very suspicious of me taking pictures.
