I don’t do reviews as you can see on my profile. But this experience was so bad that I had to. I called for an 85 arrangement with a vase and received already wilting flowers. Also the arrangement came with mostly leaves and by my count 5 roses. I honestly can’t believe that they’re still in business like this. I could’ve went to shaws and paid half the price for an at least decent arrangement. Highly disappointed and will not be shopping here again. Wish I could attach a photo here to show the absolute train wreck these flowers are.

Always have a great experience with Xavier's. The staff is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. We get our Christmas tree from them every year as well as arrangements for other occasions. They are always helpful

NEVER use this florist! Some friends ordered a plant as a remembrance of my daughter who was killed. I left early to do errands ( the temperature at 830 was 26 degrees)! I returned in time for the noon news the temperature was 36. There was a plant on the porch. A card stapled to the outside said “instructions inside” there were no instructions, I unwrapped the coverings & a lot of leaves were dropping & limp. I have no idea what kind it is nor how to take care of it. I called & the person very matter of fact says “ if your not home we’ll leave it” I said the card says instructions inside NO INSTRUCTIONS not even what it is so I can look it up. “Just add some warm water”

I purchased flowers through Bloomstoday.com (Bejeweled Beauty Bouquet) valued at 80. The arrangements were suppose to include the following: red roses, hot pink roses, purple carnations, pink carnations, and variegated pittosporum in a purple cube glass vase. The arrangement I received was nothing close to what was advertised online. The arrangement delivered by Xaviers’ Florist includes 3 red rose, a bunch of red carnations and purple daisy in a red heart shaped plastic vase. Very very disappointed. This looks like something cheaply I can pick up from the grocery’s florist. Actually, I’ve seen arrangements from the grocery’s stores much more impressive than this. I wish I knew how to post photos of the arrangement here than you can judge yourself. I’ve purchased arrangements through Blooms before sent directly to the recipient. I wonder what the quality of those were too now :(

Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my sister and family for Christmas through Proflowers website. The arrangement arrived a day later than I had asked and it was nothing like I had ordered. AT ALL! Very disappointed. I have called and been placed on hold. (Currently waiting for manager for over 20 minutes this time). I have always been very pleased with Proflowers' choice of shops they send our orders to... until this order. I wish I could post pictures for everybody to see. Very disappointed. And this will never get corrected because they won't answer the call.
