The facility was clean and the staff was very good about COVID safety. We were the only group allowed inside and visitors only come by reservation. We enjoyed ourselves playing the game. I would say pay attention to the introduction because the experience itself is a bit different from your typical escape game. In a good way.

I had a fun night with a friend playing a room escape game here. They are on point with COVID health precautionary measures: keep groups apart, freshly sanitize rooms, masks required for visitors and staff. The game was challenging for 2 of us but we enjoyed it. Our game master gave us extra 10 min to finish which other places typically don’t do. We appreciated it as well as the safe environment so will gladly come back and recommend it to others.
It was lit! The room had many details and rich with theme. Very spacious rooms that comfortably fit our group of 6 players.
Great experience! I didn't have any experience with escape rooms prior to these guys, and I was very nervous about not being to complete it or getting stuck, but I was amazed at how well designed the puzzles and challenges actually are! It doesn't matter if you're experienced at escape rooms or not, as long as you can think critically and logically, you won't have any trouble, only fun! Also great team and exciting story to start off the escape experience! I hope everyone who reads this review gets an urge to go experience it for themselves!
We loved this escape room! The props were awesome and immediately immersed you in the game setting. A lot of clue searching and problem solving fun, no padlocks to open like other escape rooms. We had so much fun and can't wait until Cyber Raccoon add new rooms. A
