Clean store and friendly environment. Only thing was it takes longer than I would like to check out. Not because I am being pestered to buy anything, the lines are long. I appreciate that when I want help or ask questions the sales rep is there to help and takes the time to help me...so I won't complain when someone else needs the help too. Thanks

Had not been to the store for awhile. Found out from reading a big sign at the cluttered cash register and an employee that Management/ownership had supposedly changed hands and 100% of the profits goes support their chosen of charities. Items in the store are still outrageously priced; atmosphere was sell, sell, sell; music filtered through the store was the usual non-Christ Happy Holiday music heard at any department store or shopping center; in paying for the items I had chosen I was bombarded with lengthy sales pitches for the mountains of items cluttering the cash register counter area by the employee there. Don't think I will be going back there again. Truly grieved me. Am wondering who the new owners are. :(
I have had a wonderful experiernce shopping at this store for many many years now. I never saw any clutter or high pressure sales tactics Or even long lines. The store is always laid out well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are normal to other stores in our area, and they have great sales prices. That person DMLdiciple who wrote that unfair review, should do what they said they would do,,,and go shop some where else. paul pearson
