Sam Jones is great to work with, made me feel comfortable the first time I saw her. She gives valuable feedback and genuinely wants her clients to be happy and the best versions of themselves. Highly recommended!

If you are taking drug tests with a parole officer, expect to be paying to get tested again from this sad excuse of a company (Increased to 30 as of this February, 2020). I certainly cannot afford them and of course they do not accept Medicaid. Big mistake on my part, they said they would give me credit for the classes I've been taking before transferring to them, and they cannot seem to get anything straight! 15-20 people per group several classes per night they make thousands of dollars a day and are absolutely ruthless when it comes to your own well being because they will most likely try and sue you in a heartbeat (funny when we come there to learn or get help). I am in the process of transferring elsewhere that will accept my Medicaid. This is just a really bad practice all they want is money.Would post 0/5 stars if i could.

I’m 7 years clean. I had to do a intake here for a class because of a charge I received in 2010. The guy tried to tell me I need 20 classes. I said no sir, I’m 7 years clean. I go to church. I take care of my son all day everyday. The last thing I need is 1 class. And how I don’t need 1 class. Then he walks out talks to the lady and walks back and tells me I don’t have to do 1 class at family focus. I had already told him all that but when he told me I needed 20 classes I got defensive and let him know no I do now need one class. They’re just trying to steal your money. Do not take your kids here and expect to get the treatment they need. You can say you’re 7 years clean doing all the right stuff and they still say you need the same as someone who used yesterday. That’s wrong. I don’t need 1 class. They tried to say I need 20. If I wouldn’t of got defensive and said no I don’t I’d be doing 20 classes. Luckily I’m not.
