They were very kind. They were extremely understanding and were willing to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. They also had some gift s. It was very good and very calming to be there especially during a stressful situation. They were really there when I needed them. And I am grateful.

you guys are so warm-hearted and you guys are also help people with anger problems they asked everybody a lot of questions but they are here to help they here today to make our world a better place for safety stay strong and keep caring for others. you guys need to protect others from having problems. it also nice there they give you love passion and confidence. I agree counselors you guys can talk to .they said everything you say stays with them . I pray that the service can stay up to business the ones are out there on this Earth will need help from you guys. thank you all for helping people with there problems they deserve that warm hearted .I like you all thank you and I wish I can visit you guys everyday.
Son has been on the waiting list for over a year and a half. They matched him after one year and his \big brother\ wouldn't respond at times or follow through so they terminated his position. Its unfortunate that my son, who has suffered socially because of his dyslexia, has to be put off so long. Not only that but, get his hopes up high when he was matched to be let down once again. I don't receive anything from them lately so i think they just stopped all communication. I can tell you that my daughter went through the big brother big sister program in Lake County and it can be a great program if it is done right.
These people are amazing. Such a great service.
