Shout out to everyone who helped as at Bed Bath and Beyond! Some of the best costumer service we have had in a long time. We had some issues with our ring door bell and and the helped we received from everyone was amazing. We were worried that we would not receive the help we needed after failing to get anywhere with Rings online costumer service but Michael was able to take care of the issue and we could not have been happier. You definitely earned my business again. Would highly recommend shopping here.

I hate shopping at this store. The staff is fine, but the environment is intolerable for anyone sensitive to noise and and a cramped, crowded environment. The store plays music very loudly and in the back of the store especially, it's even louder. Also contributing to the nerve-wracking atmosphere are advertisements for products that are playing nonstop in some areas. The products are piled high and it's often difficult to find things. If there's ever a store that helps explain why people choose to shop online, it is the experience of shopping at this store. Immediately following this, we went to Target and what a relief. No music, no loud advertisements playing, no crowded, super-high stacks of merchandise.
I did not realize how awesome this store was. If you need to organize your home go here. Its also super clean and they have great service
