It has been a wonderful experience working with Sheila to adopt my beautiful little Sapphire. Their screening was thorough without being over the top. The fees are reasonable enough to get these sweeties re-homed without it being a major expenditure like the Metro shelters do. After all the financial commitment should be in day to day life.
