We've used this place for monogramming towels for graduation gifts. They have all ended up very cute. He usually prints a mock up of the monogram/font/size and lays it on the product for you to see. I've been in there twice and each time they have been very helpful. I gave 4 stars because they sometimes have limited color options for the thread and their fonts are limited. However the owner did say he was willing to look up fonts if you know the name of it in advanced. The turn around time is usually quick, about 3-7days for my small orders. I'd recommend using them. They also seem to do a lot of corporate/branding/marketing too.
