The reason I’m giving this place a low rating because of the GM. Didn’t introduced himself except stating he’s the GM. Horrible communication skills! He couldn’t answer some of my questions and even said “no one ever asked us that, you’re the first.” I’m the buyer, I have the right to ask any questions regarding the vehicle, loan, warranty, etc. Even stated the loan officer didn’t want to talk with us because he doesn’t want the headaches! Everything I asked he would go and get an answer from the loan officer. The GM was giving us a headache and the run around when we could have spoken to the loan officer ourselves to get clarification. On a brighter note, the salesman, Gary, great man! Easy to talk with, not pushy and straightforward.

We drove to Dallas from Houston, Josh was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns, he even had an awesome sense of humor. We feel that we were mislead about the car we purchased. The ad online said it it had a lot more features then it had. The one thing we both really wanted was navigation. It doesn't have it either. I called back the sales person and he said that it wasn't there site that showed the options, and on there site it didn't show them. He also said we could plug our phone into the radio and we would have navigation. He just said they made a mistake and we never heard from Certified Autoplex again.
