Our garage door had been in need of replacement for a while, and when it started falling to pieces, we got in touch with Rashid Garage Doors. We were able to have someone out to inspect on a Saturday which was awesome! I got a call from them with a final quote same-day and got the install scheduled for the following Tuesday. Our new door looks great! Our installer Bret was amazing. I thought he would be here for most of the day, but he finished within 2 hours. He took the time to walk me through what he did and gave some tips on maintaining the rollers and springs. He really was above and beyond in the level of service and care he provided. Thanks so much to Bret & Rashid Garage Doors for the awesome experience!

I have had good experiences with Rashid over the years, but was very thankful today due to a recommendation they provided. A belt broke on my 22-year old garage door opener, and I wanted to purchase a replacement. The person who answered the phone (Kristen) quoted a price, but suggested that I first try calling Chamberlain to see if they offer a lifetime warranty on the belt. Sure enough, Chamberlain is sending the belt for free, saving me more than 100. Thanks to Rashid for their integrity given that they could have made an easy sale. I'll continue to rely on them for products and service, and wanted to share with others.

Absolutely excellent products and services... Very knowledgeable and helpful. I actually needed replacement parts for a garage door and was totally satisfied. I did the work myself, but they were excellent getting me the right parts. I will go to the again and they will be my only choice.
