I had a pretty bad ear infection to the point I was in so much pain I had to leave work early. When they finally were able to take me back to a room (after waiting over an hour in my car with only a few people in front of me) the doctor came in and looked at my ear for one second and immediately said it was infected. I asked if either ear had wax and he said no. He made it very clear there was no wax at all, otherwise I was going to ask him to clean it out. He gave me my prescription and I went on my way. A few days later I still could not hear so I decided to go to a Tennova urgent care that was closest to where I currently was. As soon as he looked in my ear he immediately said he couldn’t see anything past all of the wax IN BOTH EARS. I told him I just went to the other clinic and he said there was absolutely no wax. The clinic I was currently at went ahead and cleaned out both ears... the doctor was shocked at how much wax I had in my ear that he asked me if I wanted to take a picture. That wasn’t even the ear that was infected, and the amount of ear wax was more than one weeks worth. If Fast Pace would’ve took the time to look in my ear, I wouldn’t have had to go to a second doctors visit and would be able to actually hear out of my ear. Once all the wax was out I was able to hear, even with the infection.

I've been here several times because I have multiple chronic conditions that flare on occasion. I have never had a bad experience! I would rather go to FPUC than any other medical care facility and that says a lot- considering I've spent a great deal of my life in and out of medical offices/ hospitals. Absolutely the sweetest staff and ALWAYS an A in care. Thank you for treating my like a human being and not a number! So grateful! ️

My visit was fast and thorough the lady at the front desk was amazing very sweet and polite and my dr went above and beyond to help me I'm very satisfied with this clinic as matter of fact I drove almost 45 minutes to go to this location and will do it again
