Worst experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care Facility. The LPN was extremely unprofessional with terrible bedside manner. She couldn’t insert the cotton applicator far enough up my nostril so, she proceeds to ram it so hard that my head hits the wall. No apology, she just walked out of the exam room. I reported it to the nurse practitioner on duty and he was completely uninterested in what I had to say. He avoid the conversation and went back to the nurses station to continue his conversation about his Jeep. I requested another LPN to complete my exam. No apology from the first LPN or the nurse practitioner. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fast pace health urgent care accepts Medicaid, Healthy blue. They were open and not many people were in line to come in. Only one other person with a fishhook in his finger. However one lady did enter the building and tested positive for Covid and was not wearing any gloves and didn’t appear to have a hand sanitizer. The pins that are available to fill out the application were reusable for every customer. I doubt the boards were disinfected but I don’t know. Just beware and be safe

Very speedy. Diagnosis was fast but I had to ask lots of questions in order to get clarity on my diagnosis. Very clean nice staff

Woman working the front desk with blonde hair. Should not be in customer service. Asked how long it would take after waiting 40 minutes. She said an hour. Had to ask her to specify if it was an hour before or after she scanned my information in. She said after she scanned it in. I have to wait 40 minutes on top of another hour after she decides to scan it. Also 20 people in a 10 by 10 room isn't very safe during a pandemic like this. Everyone uses the same pens, pretty much touching elbows with everyone in there. Need to be shut down for putting people in danger with no concern for a life but a paycheck to go home to. Displeased, unprofessional.

Excellent care. Professional, attentive service. The waiting room is very comfortable with oversized furniture. I found it strange that there was a beautiful fish tank on one side with a few fish that bear striking resemblance to Nemo.
