I was completely shocked to find that the majority of the staff were not wearing masks. The receptionist was not wearing a mask (no acrylic shield either). I saw at least 4 other employees without masks. Even the nurse practitioner who came into my room was not wearing a masks and spoke to me from about 3 feet away. Thankfully the one male nurse who gave me my test and shot did have a mask on. They were not requiring patients to wear masks in waiting room, so I waited in my car. Service was quick and nurses were friendly - but safety for patients and staff during COVID was not being practiced at all. To see this at a MEDICAL establishment was just unbelievable!

I went to Fast Pace Urgent Care, the new one on Hwy 27 next to Rouses. Jacob did a great and thorough job. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Best part was very fast, I was in and out in no time.

Fast Pace Urgent Care on Beglis pkwy. Good doctors, very friendly and helpful staff and very fast pace to help you get in and out without along wait time but doctors make sure you are treated the correct way for your symptoms to get it right the first time. I would highly recommend this urgent care to everybody they will make you feel right at home and get you feeling better and on your way. Thanks urgent care for always taking care of my family like yours.

Easy, experienced and fast with absolute positive benefits, I and my family members almost always use Fast Pace if we are in need of fast medical attention especially if our family doctor’s office closed!! Thank y’all!! Even more convenient when closer to home with the newest location in Sulphur off hwy 27 across the street from Rouses.

Omg this place is beyond ridiculous!! Went in Nov 2020 for vertigo and paid 50 copay and showed my insurance. Now, 2 months later they just charged my card for 100. When I called they said cause my card is on file they have the right to charge my card. I’m beyond furious and my lawyer is calling them. I asked them to cancel the transaction since I did not give them permission for the charge or I would be contacting my lawyer. They refused to cancel the charges.
