A.C. Moore's is the place to be: It has everything that anyone would want to create their own master piece. It's employees are friendly and always ready to wait on You. They are also well-trained by their manager. All items in this environment are neatly placed on the shelves. The floors are always clean. The employees helps you with your ideas and creations and the manager is always ready to look for things that are not on the shelves. It is an adventurous to be on any day of the week.I love yo shop at this place.

My favorite craft supplier. Always clean and staff is always around to help locate things or advise on projects. Military/teacher discounts plus sales and coupons make it an affordable place to shop quality materials.
I don't quite know where to start with this one. Everything about my trip to AC Moore is always top notch! this particular time was also top-notch. I love shopping there because the employees are very friendly and helpful. Everything has its own place and is easy to find. The prices are wonderful and I can find everything I need in one place.
AC Moore has a great selection but their customer service is atrocious. Most of the time if you stop an employee they act like you're a bother. (With a couple of exceptions). I recently got a 55% off coupon and had questions when it wouldn't take the 55% off a higher priced item. The cashier was helpful, but the manager she called to help me with my questions was dismissive and rude. I was told (and I had read the fine print) that the coupon isn't good on red, blue, blah blah labeled items. I don't know how to read their shelf tags, I assumed stuff would actually be labeled red/blue/yellow whatever. Come to find out, it actually means the color of the background on a small block with the price on their actual shelf labels. I still don't understand it and think their coupons are a gimmick to get you in the door but it is what it is. The manager however, had no patience and didn't barely look me in the eye while I was voicing my concern. With so many other craft options in town..I don't think I'll be using AC Moore again.
Ac Moore's is a great store but the manager is very rude and belittling. I went in knowing that the store is closing and signs were all around the store saying no returns so all I wanted to know if I could exchange and I was also going to shop for more things. The manager came and looked at me and point at the signs and walked off. I guess that's one of the reasons I they are going out of business. Sincerely a upset customer.
As always, the organization of items of specific interest to me, allowed me to shop specifically for an item I wanted. Today, it was a fixed circular knitting needle. As in all "brick" stores, the choice is limited in the length of the cord. I chose the store brand (I think) and got a US 7 x 29" knitting needle that will serve well until I order my favorite brand and length (47"). There were some really great prices on a variety of yarns. By Nicole has a good variety of yarns and yarn weights at really good prices! This is my favorite "brick store" to shop at in Fayetteville NC. All of the other crafts and hobbies are easily able to get supplies at AC Moore.
