Recently, I visited Dr. Dyer twice and really appreciated his help and care. During my visits, Dr. Dyer exhibited his patience, caring, intelligence and professionalism. He carefully listened my condition history, examined the clinical signs, analyzed the potential root cause of the condition, discussed and proposed the treatment plan. My condition has been improved significantly. Dr. Dyer is a top doctor in terms of providing quality care among all types of doctors I visited in this area during the last ten years. An excellent doctor deserves public recognition so that patients can be benefited by receiving a good care. Once again, thank Dr. Dyer for his help with my needs.

Tried to post a complete review of our experience but it exceeded the character count allowed. I'll sum it up this way...we visited the Newnan and PTC offices within hours of each other. It was a mix of good/polite and bad/rude service providers. Overall, we obtained the service that we needed but will explore other options for future care. We are new to the area.
My mother and I saw Dr. Buchi and Makayla for some skin tag removals. They were great at letting us know what procedures we needed and what kind of skin tags we had. Painless and quick! Will definitely come back to Avail because of them!
Great practice and Dr. Dyer and staff are amazing. My son had to get a shot and felt weird afterwards. The doctor and the staff monitored him until he felt better. The doctor even called in the afternoon to check on him.
My mother had an appointment at this location on 11/18/20. She was seen by Buchi Neita. I was not allowed to go in with her which understandable specially during these times. My mother said her experience was truly unpleasant as this provider did not take the time to address my mothers concerns. She did not even pay attention to my mom when speaking. She went in to get checked as she is starting to get spots on her face and arms, but this provider did not even look at the spots. Only asked her if she wore sunscreen. She did not evaluate the spots at all and gave her an over the counter aveeno lotion. She also told my mom that insurance might not cover it, and it was pricey. The lotion was 15. First off, I hope not all the providers at this location pocket count their patients. Second, I hope other providers are empathetic of their patients, and actually take the time to properly address their concern and actually evaluate their skin. Based on my mom's experience I would not recommend this place. The provider did not care to address her concerns and assumed what my mom could or could not afford. Instead, save yourself money and/or your insurance and just get over the counter aveeno lotion or go to an actual location where they care about their patients.
