Chuck was a great salesman throughout the entire process starting when I called about the bike, put down a deposit over the phone, and headed up the next day to buy the bike. Chuck even helped me and my dad load up the bike securely on our trailer for the 6 hour ride back home. I drove 12 hours round trip to buy a bike from Chuck at Cycle Specialty. Highly recommend you check them out.

I am no motorcycle kinda woman but I do love love auto paint, parts, products, & etc don't 4get the shiny stuff. I have ADHD They're staff is family owned... family friendly! I like how they welcome you to their establishment happily best bikes I've seen. What they don't carry A credit customers can order what they're heart desires & get it delivered to the store where are you gonna get your motor bike from... Just a thought Cycle Specialty Co. Inc I love em' already

I bought my 2012 GL 1800 out of Chuck. He was really nice and respectful, perfect service. Took his time to help me out loading the bike and making sure I’m all set. Thank you Chuck, I won’t forget the older man thank you too.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I never felt pressured like most motorcycle shops to buy something. I felt like I could walk around and touch things without 5 sales people staring and waiting on me to make eye contact. Very relaxed place and felt like I was at home with my buddies in the shop talking dirtbikes. Just purchased a ktm150sx from these guys and they really were accommodating to all of my questions and requestions. Can’t say enough about the owner Bo for going over the whole bike with me before leaving to make sure I don’t have any more questions about it and the technician in the back, Tim who also did the same thing and made sure to check specific bolts to make sure they were properly torqued. The salesman Chuck was awesome working with on price and getting my old bike put on consignment to help cover the cost of the new one.I would definitely recommend anyone to cycle specialty who wants good service and a friendship and not just someone who wants your money.
