Had a truck reserved for 2 months specificly asked for deisel as i go to pick they dont have one for me. Even though i called and verified the apoinyment multiple times in the previous week leading up to pick up date. Horrible service. Almost as if the people wetent even attempting to help. Next time I need a truck I'll just walk
Amazing friendly staff that was able to help with all my needs! Veronica took all my phone calls and took time out of her busily schedule to help my situation. Great trucks, great staff, great prices! Will return!
I love this location! Matt was always an exceptional manager! He has since been promoted up and out which he deserves! Hopefully the new manager will maintain his level of excellence! My only complaint was while I was there waiting to pick up the vehicle we rented, there was a battle between the manager and her employees over the heat.. it was SOOO stuffy and warm in there and she kept saying she was cold and turning up the heat.. The other employees, myself, and another customer were literally pouring sweat in DECEMBER! The employees then had to go outside into the cold, it's a wonder they didn't get pneumonia.. (OMG I just became my grandma!) Anyway, my advice, pick a temp, like 68-70 and leave it be.. Germs and anger arise when it's that dang hot in a small space! Haha
The process was fast and easy. The ladies there are sociable, friendly and eager to help. Well done ladies and thank you!
