Probably the best experience I've ever had at a revenue office. I came in to renew my license and was out the door within 35 minutes. Service is prompt and wait times are short! Staff gets things done here and is very efficient.

Allow me to post just the highlights of my 3.5 hours yesterday afternoon at the DFA. I needed to pay sales tax on a car and get my Read ID driver's license. After waiting for nearly 3 hours, we were finally called to the desk. The trainee who was working was ill equipped to handle the sales tax. She stared, calculated and recalculated, and then presented us with a 2000.00 sales tax bill--failing to take our trade-in into consideration. During this process she I answered the phone and read and re-read the list of requirements for the Real ID drivers license. This, phone call took nearly 10 minutes, there were two others. It's no wonder that the Real ID license flummoxes some, I brought 5 documents to prove residency, they were summarily rejected in favor of my Washington County assessment and my fishing license. The process in front of the desk took 45 minutes. Afterwards, I said it really shouldn't take that long--- the staff. \that's just the way it it\. \take that up the with governor\. Well that's just not good enough! Frustrated in Fayetteville!

The best service I have ever received from a revenue office. It usually takes me more than an hour waiting on line for renewing my car registration from other counties. At Fayettevillle Revenue Office, it only took me like 8 min to get my new tag sticks. Staffs were more friendly and more than happy to help me get my new registration.
