I had never ate Freddy’s before, but it was a pleasant first time! Management walked around and checked on each table of customers that chose to dine in. They’ve done a good job of making adjustments during the covid-19 pandemic. My wife and I were also given a free milkshake during our visit here! The burgers are good, but I will say those chicken tenders were incredible

Friendly environment- was received politely and professionally by a young college student working her way through college. As I was giving my order, there were a couple of times that I had to ask her to repeat herself because I'm a bit hard of hearing and I can no longer read lips, as we're all wearing masks now. She wasn't phased a bit by being asked to repeat herself and she maintained her pleasant and professional demeanor throughout our exchange. As I ate my delicious, hot Patty Melt; I noticed how the entire staff worked wonderfully together from the kitchen prep-line to those wiping down tables. I had to take time to give This Freddy's in Fayetteville, North Carolina 5 Stars!

I usually like Freddy's. I used to go to Freddy's every week before I moved here. We decided to try this one. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, no \give us just a second\ or anything. We were given looks like we were unwelcome. Then when someone finally came over and took our order, she was rude and curt and just downright unpleasant. The only reason I did not give a 1 star is because the kitchen staff was very nice in the short interaction with them. While the kitchen staff was good, we won't be back here.

Very clean restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food costs a little more than many fast food places, but it is worth it. I placed our large order on the app while sitting in the parking lot and it was ready almost immediately when I walked in about 5 minutes after ordering. The app is good too. Earn points for your order and get free food. I did not get pix this time. I'll try to remember next time.

A bit pricey, but I thought the food was delicious! I liked the burger and fries, and the cheese curds were also good!
