1st time in to the store to buy chemicals for our pool. Great customer service and willing to share their knowledge. 2nd encounter was OK though the person had an opinion on a pool system that is the opposite of the industry and all the other local professional pool companies, makes me wonder...
My experience with Hallmark Pools of Fayettville was great as they took the time to go over every detail since I was a first time pool buyer. The time they dedicated was above and beyond and ensured my purchase of an above ground pool was stress free and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a 24ft pool and my family couldn’t be happier. Their attention to excellent customer service didn’t stop at the purchase as they continue to excel in customer satisfaction every time I go in for pool maintenance supplies. I did a lot of research before buying an above ground pool and Hallmark had not only some of the best prices, but also great recommendations and references of people to install and run electrical for our new pool. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking at purchasing a pool.
Hats off to Hallmark Pools. I especially want to thank Mark and Sheila, company owners, for giving me stellar service every time I visit the store. It is apparent the staff has embraced Mark and Sheila's work ethic. Hallmark is the Chick-Fil-A of Pool Service in our region. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate them 10 only because 10 is the highest possible score. If you desire honest assessments, fair pricing, and professional service at every encounter, do yourself a favor and go in to see the personnel there. Tell them I sent you and you want a \Reggie Experience\. For the record, my comments are authentic and unsolicited.
They stepped up and got the job done, after the last homeowner built the in ground pool with wood and two by fours and it collapsed, but he only told us in two years we need to replace the liner. Had another company promise to dig up the old pool and to put in a new in ground pool but instead made a big mess in our backyard & took our money. Thank you Mark & Sheila Scholz and your staff and the guys who done all this hard work. We love it and can't wait for summer to enjoy it.
