Lydia is an absolute miracle worker. She completely understands body mechanics, can find \sticky areas\ where work needs to be done to de-congest the muscle fascia and allow my muscles to work and activate effectively. The prices are very reasonable and the scheduling is easy....though getting in with her can be tricky since she is SO good! :) The team at the location is very courteous and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Healing Hands Body Therapy - especially if you are looking to have your body WORKED and functional patterns addressed.
