I love this place beacuse it's AWESOME. It doesn't get much better than a free bus service with such skilled drivers and dispatchers. GO HOGS

Buses—at least my route—are either early or late, which makes it incredibly difficult to travel effectively to and from campus. Buses will go out of service with no communication to commuters, leaving commuters stranded for indiscernible periods of time. Today, my bus arrived at Union Station, parked for no more than 10 seconds, and pulled away to continue its route—effectively leaving behind several passengers and me, who did not have the opportunity to exit the station in adequate time to catch it. This transit system is incredibly inconvenient and impotent.
I went there for a short training given to a non profit and it was pretty great. The trainer was funny, laid back, and very good at his career. The facility I visited was clean and everyone was friendly.
