I had a very bad experience with this company. They are very unprofessional & rude. For some strange reason they think if you want good service they are bending over backwards to help you. When in all actuality you are supposed to do your job you getting paid for. Point blank period . You're not doing me no Xtra favors. Don't go here. Poor service.

Didnt know what to expect from the sleep study but wow, what an awesome experience at Southern Sleep Studies with Kurt. There is a ton of anxiety as a vet that comes from getting out of the military and going through the VA appointments but I couldn’t have been more impressed with Kurt and Southern Sleep. Would recommend to anyone needing to learn about sleep patterns and habits. And Kurt was a professional with so much knowledge in all aspects. Great stuff!

I went in March for a sleep study. I could not get use to the machine so they had me come back another night in which went much better. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. They said I needed a machine called a bipap machine and my doctor would be in contact on what to do next. Being I am on Medicare I have a copay that I have to pay for every visit. That was in March this is July and until I called saying I would take my business elsewhere they never had my machine. Now they have it but are waiting on my doctor to do some paperwork they faxed over. I just left from an appointment at my doctor and they haven't gotten a fax so here I am trying to call months after I should already have my machine and sleeping much better but no I can't get them on the phone still what should I do this is getting old..

Had a sleep study done 1 year ago. That particular part was easy and I experienced minimal delays. However, since then, I've had nothing but problems trying to order new supplies for my CPAP. Have called numerous times in the past 3 months and have gotten nowhere - I'm wearing the same mask that I had last Jan b/c my newer one molded (and have expressed this to the staff, but they could care less) - you are supposed to change your mask every 3 mths! Some policies and/or procedures really need to change concerns ordering new supplies. The ball is dropped and the buck is passed too many times in this office.

There's a reason why they're rating is so low. If you need anything dealing with a sleep study DO NOT use them. The man who answers the phone is very rude. They received my referral and did not submit my authorization for two weeks. I called and they tried to blame me for the issues they were experiencing. Instead of trying to solve my problem the so called Director went back and forth with me for over 10 minutes. I've been trying to get my CPAP machine for over 2 months now. I wish I could leave a 0 star. They do not do their jobs, lose paperwork and then try and say no one sent in the right paperwork although you called and confirmed that it was there. The so called \IT\ man will not do his job. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE. I had all of my records sent to someone else for my CPAP.
