I absolutely adore the service here! My boys go here for their medical and dental services. We are always greeted with a smile by the receptionists, feel welcomed by the nurses’s and get the best care from Dr. McKoy and Dr. Edmond. I highly recommend Trinity!

I have foster kids and have taken all of them to Trinity Pediatrics. Dr. McKoy has been great with all of them. Though I terribly miss DR. Wilson, the team and new doctor have been most helpful, and thoughtful. The ladies in the front, Nothing short of Amazing. Always polite and nurturing. I plan to keep kids coming here for years to come.

I not expected this is lady was a rude with nasty attitude over the phone with a hearing impaired for the first time. I called the first female was very nice talking before transfered to other lady who is so rude and unprofessional by the phone later after left there appt when I had the first time to visited there for my daughter's new patients early today which the front desk all of black females seem friendly. I'm going to find out who the second female named had a nasty attitude today. I'm gonna have to contact a corporate headquarters office to handle with the lady that have a nasty attitude for no reasons you propably don't like the first hearing impaired who called and explain what to ask simple an didnt give an attitude to the crazy dentisit or reps either I suggest go to find another better dentist place with a professional experience for the call and kids. I already talked to my insurance deny your business for the x-ray evaluate, orthdocthic treatment before get a brace for the child. I not going to return there to get my daughter's new brace for the next appt at this time. That's why i give a one stars with your business are rude with the call!

In the past I've had great service. My had a appointment set since November 2019, I go to my appointment only ti find out on July 2, 2020 my appointment was at 8 a.m., then waiting 30 minutes that I had no appointment, because the person who scheduled me, scheduled my daughter to the Orthodontist instead of a cleaning. The office manager said I should of gotten a email on the error, I didn't. Then she reschedule us on a day that had one tech. She declined to tell me about my daughter results because I was upset that I had to wait so long. This occurred on July 6, 2020. The Tech very unprofessional.
