I've had the most lovely experience with this shop. They treat you with the upmost respect, and are extremely honest about everything. If you go anywhere for an alignment, wheel balance, wheel mount, or anything else it should be here at Firestone in Federal Way. To begin, I tried going go the one in Burien, where I was treated like my appointment was a joke. I went in saying I had an appointment at noon, and they laughed at me saying o you don't\. It was very unprofessional how they went about telling me they weren't able to service me, due to their alignment machine being down. I then asked how long it'd be, and they laugh more saying until someone from corporate fixes it. Which no actual timeline was given, and it seemed like they had high doubt that it'd actually be fixed. I figured I won't ever go back to that location again. I then scheduled an appointment with the location in Federal Way. As soon as I did, Patrick gave me a call to verify what exactly I needed done, and quoted a time for how long the process would take. With my situation it's a little more different than probably most. He allowed me to leave my set of wheels, and a set of tires in the showroom while waiting for my service. I wasn't able to fit everything in my car, so I had a friend bring over the tires for me while I stuffed the wheels in my car. This was a huge convience. As I waited for my car in the lobby, Patrick updated me as my car was being worked on by giving me updates on how long of the process was left. It really seems like they genuinely care about the customers who come in. At the end of the day, I want to go to a shop where they are personable, as well as honest and respectful in any situation. This is IT!

Even when a piece was defective, they really went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was fixed and my family taken care of. This is what you call perfect customer service. Would recommend

These people are scam artists. We had a busy last few months I wasn’t able to get to changing my wife’s oil. She went in there for oil change and was charged 150. Obviously she didn’t know but they pulled the brand new air filter that I just changed and told her it needed to get changed for 80. A filter is 16 with tax at Walmart. Stay away from this place.
