I went there a few time with my friends and the beef combo was amazing! I like the price and quality. Also they gave us free macarons. And I wanted to give same food for my roommate so I got to go too Obviously I'll go there again!

this place is amazing. There was one server working. And I watched him run his butt off attending to all the tables. We had the pork combo and added beef. There was 3 of us and the food was plentiful and so fresh. We had our broth refilled when we ran low. We will be back soon. Very very soon. And often.

I’m falling love with this place, I am already been so many times and always satisfied with food and service. And every time I bring different friends to try, they were so happy and they brought the family to try out. Here is the best, best, best food serving place. I hope everyone has experience too!!

I was nervous to try here after seeing mixed reviews on yelp but I’m glad I tried. I was here during lunch hour not many ppl so I got decent customer service. But the best part was the quality of beef with their soy sauce thing. Price was reasonable for what you get. I’d 10/10 come again.

First time eating out since the restrictions were lifted. My sister and I decided we really wanted a more authentic hot pot experience. We have tried other places, but my sister saw someone bragging about this place. From the moment you walk in the door...it's like a calming blanket wraps around you. It's such a soothing atmosphere. There's a long hallway with a photo op wall. There's a beautiful bench and backdrop to take pics. As you walk down this hallway you reach the restaurant. There's a macaron/cake display that is gorgeously put together. Straight ahead there's a double sided fireplace. The light fixtures have an old school Thomas Edison style. The entire restaurant is just absolutely stunning. The waitresses were very attentive and made sure all our needs were met the entire time we were there. Half the time when we go somewhere we barely get a refill, but these two ladies were on top of it. Now, the food. Bring your appetite. Well worth e wry single penny. You get SO much food. My sister and I did a group meal. Says it feeds 2-3...could easily feed 4-5. The broths were so flavorful and rich in flavor and depth. The hot pot itself was great at cooking all the veggies and meats. There's a fan under the table to keep your lap cool so you aren't sweating while eating your soup. Needless to say, we will be back very very soon. If you are on the fence about this place...just go. It will not disappoint at all.

Tried this place for the first time. We waited an hour. Which was fine. The moment we finally sat down, they didn’t provide us enough water cups. Which we had to ask multiple times and finally towards the end of our dinner we finally got the last two cups of water. We felt like the hostess and waitress didn’t care to serve us our food. The customer service was beyond horrible. I had to use my “mommy” voice so they could understand what we needed. We ordered the spicy and Korean anchovy broth. As we got our platter of veggies and seafood combo. We were missing the noodles. Had to ask for that and they did not give that to us till the end. I had to ask the waitress for extra napkins and before that we ordered shrimp tempura and that didn’t get put in the system. Whenever I try to get a waitress and ask for this or that, she was very quick to respond with an answer which is not an answer I needed. She doesn’t listen. Will never come back here again. Worse customer service ever. And the food was bland. The macaron was mediocre. Waste of our money. Going to the hot pot in Seattle then this place!

This was my very first time trying hot pot & it was a wonderful experience! Shabu Shabuya just opened a few days ago but I can tell it will soon be a very trendy place to enjoy hot pot. They are located off pac highway so you cannot see from the street so it is a “hidden gem”. I went with my boyfriend and I tried the spicy broth & he got the original bone broth. We decided to choose our own toppings & meat separately.. this ended up being pricey but now we know for next time. I personally think each person should order their own meat then share veggies since they give you quite big portions! (Enough for 2-3 people) My bf got the “prime” beef and I choose “choice” I couldn’t really tell the difference in appearance. Overall, everything was tasty, the atmosphere was beautiful and the employees are nice. I highly recommend trying this spot out!

The food was amazing and the service was great! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends! I also loved their macaroons which had a variety of flavors to choose from.
