She took the time to understand what I needed, and took even more time to explain everything to me, even though the store was busy. Even though this post office is farther away from my home, I’ll be using this one from now on!

Probably the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a decade. Everyone was so friendly and funny (funny is important these days). Brittany was my helper and she was exuberant and personable. I’m not a big FedEx delivery fan due to past ‘mess-ups’ but today I’d have to change my mind about the company due to this staff. Big thumbs up!
