I see these other reviews. I'll tell you what. I've had to use Alan half a dozen times and not once was I disappointed. In fact I've recommended several people and no one has ever been disappointed. Sorry, that is not exactly true, the prosecution has been livid. Once I was facing 20 years for a charge. I hitched a plan use a different then call Alan this 2000 dollar suite wearing celebrity attorney got me a deal of 5 years. Everyone was saying it's a great deal take it and hurry before they change their minds. Little did they know I had the joker up my sleeve. I called Alan and well let's just say I was offered a 1 year suspended sentence. I didn't want it on my record but Alan assured me that after a year he would go back and get it dismissed. As I write this review, I've been arrested several times yet I have no criminal record what's so ever. Hint he talks the talk and delivers.

By the sound of other reviews, if you're a female then Fenster hangs up on you. If you're a male Fenster delivers. My experience with Fenster's representation is that my cat would have done a better job. He did not give updates after he got paid. He appeared in court, but he didn't advocate for me. My recommendation is left swipe!
Allen. Amazing. No nonsense type of lawyer. I recommen him all the time and no one has ever been disappoint. If the cards are stacked up against you level the playing field with competent, efficiency and the want to win every argument in life.
I only gave him one star but he deserves 0. He hung up on me too, but first, he threw out several f-bombs after I stated my name and company. Wow. Never have I experienced this kind of angst. Not cool-headed.
Alan Fenster represented me in 1972. I had several criminal cases spread out on 3 different courts. I wl ups follow Alan from court to court, he finally got most of my cases consolidated, I did no jail time, co-defendant used a different attorney and got 5 years. Thanks to Alan, I turned my life around. Never got in trouble with the law after that. So Alan if you are reading, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
