Waste of money. Physician assistants are not qualified enough to treat basic issues. One physician assistant evaluated my ankle X-ray saying it will get better in few days, no concerns. 7 months passed but not a slight improvement. She should have at least provided some recommendations if not sure. Seemed like she was rushing get done with my session. And double charged for an external X-ray that i already paid to the diagnostic center. I had to call them to correct their mistaken charges, and this happened multiple times. I don’t have time for correcting their billing mistakes over and over again.

Chris and the rest of the staff are caring, sincere, and compassionate people. Even though my appointment was Friday end of day, they saw me on time, were not rushed and exemplified the level of professionalism that one expects. Hats off to the team during this stressful time!

The Staff and Physicians are professional in the procedures. Friendly and personable is what keeps me going back. I just changed to the Livernois location because it is closer to home.

Although the medical staff and doctors are very thorough and helpful, the communication between the medical team and customer service is lacking. I have no health issues but I have a recurring prescription. In order to get it refilled they require me to come in for a physical every 3-6 months. When I asked my doctor about only coming in once per year for a physical and to get my prescription filled, they agreed. However, despite many times of me communicating this to my doctor and staff, I am still told I have to come in for an appointment every 3 months. They are very friendly, but this is getting ridiculous and I am switching doctors because of it.

I don't know how to actually get in contact with anybody there because they outsource all their calls to a call center in India. It makes it very difficult to ask questions or see a doctor when the person I'm speaking with has very little knowledge about Epic Health and can't connect me with any real resources, not to mention is in a completely different country with a poor phone connection and a heavy accent. My PCP that I was seeing moved to a different location without giving me any notice and I have no way to ask about getting a different one at this clinic. EDIT: The response from the owner is a lie, their calls absolutely go to a foreign call center. If this wasn't the case the people answering my calls would be able to answer basic questions about the Epic Health facility and connect me with a new PCP. Diversity is great but that's not what's happening here. This place just wants your money so bad.
