I just took possession of my home. I added a lot of bells and whistles, and it looks fabulous. The finishes are very high quality, and the build team did a fabulous job. Took a long time (assuming there is a high demand for trades), but it is done right, which is always better than a rush job. Just look at this beautiful slider and kitchen (view from the patio). Love it!

Festival Foothills is a beautiful new community in Buckeye, AZ. The homes and the surrounding amenities are well built and provide a very comfortable, relaxing environment for the residents. Pulte made my home buying / building experience very easy and made me very confident with their company and employees. I was living out of state during the build. Knowing that they kept me informed and sent pictures of the different stages of my home. That was something totally unexpected and I was very grateful for that and all their hard work. I’m excited and sure that I will be very happy in my new home and new community.
This was our first new build experience. Pulte made our retirement dream home come true. Very happy with the process from beginning to end. Love living here so far!
One of the best built house's for your money & sqr. Ft. . No major food store's yet.
Look at this grout job from Pulte! Don't ever buy a house made by them! I've tried to have them help by fixing this but they refused.
