After stumbling across what I thought would be a good next car for me, I was blessed to spend a few days working with Dominic on sealing the deal. The team even worked with lightning speed & efficiency to make sure my car was ready for me to drive home that night! I knew they'd set me up with a loaner if needed, but I really enjoyed cruising home in my new Fiat 500! I hope to continue a great relationship with the service department and even sales when I'm ready for my next car!

First, the cars are great! Good selection and price. But more importantly the staff in both sales and service are EXCELLENT! They are friendly, helpful and honest. You can't go wrong here!
I'm sorry to give a 1 star review. First, I'm not sure where they're located. Their message says that they've relocated to O'Fallon. OK. I called five times today ... the first two times, the operator connected me to sales, who did not pick up the phone. Management team: If your sales team cannot pick up the phone, you have a big problem. The third and fourth times, the operator could not connect me to service. She expressed that it seemed like a technical difficulty, but it sounded to me like pick-up and hang-up. Management team: You need to fire someone, or the owner needs to fire you. The fifth time, I left a message for service to call me back to schedule service. I did not receive a callback today. I love my Fiat, I will never buy a car or service from this dealer. I called my dealer in Salt Lake, who answered the phone on the first try and gave me some suggestions and said, "come on by and take a look." That's what should have happened here.
Alec and Mike took very good care of me and got everything taken care of efficiently and effectively. I am very happy with the service I received so far. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Easy experience as far as buying cars go! Dominic was awesome and very patient with all my questions; he even went to far as to tab the owners manual for me highlighting items he knew would be of high importance for me to be familiar with based on our conversation! That is service above and beyond! In today's world - that is hard to find :) Thanks Dom!!
