I had these guys come out recently for my Wolf range repair service. I was shocked when it went on the fritz as we all know that Wolf is the best that there is. Fortunately the technician that visited my home was a real expert. I am very happy with the customer service and overall experience. The tech was very nice and educated me a bit regarding the Wolf range. This is the best company. They absolutely saved my day. I had planned a big dinner and needed to be able to cook! I highly recommend them.
We had been having trouble with our Kenmore washer and dryer for the past few days. As we were getting ready to host family for the weekend we initially called this company to see if they could quickly come and assess the problem and hopefully repair it so we didn't have to purchase a new washer and dryer. They were fantastic at scheduling a very last minute appointment to come to our home. I described the fact that the washer had stopped spinning and it would get stuck in the rinse cycle with water still in the basin. Our dryer was shaking much more than expected and we had no idea why. In just the initial phone call it was clear they had an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. They reassured me it was something they could easily fix and even made some suggestions to hold us over until they came for the appointment the next day! They showed up on time, were polite, clean, and did a great job explaining what they were fixing. Our washer and dryer are running like new. Not to mention their service is incredibly affordable! We would highly recommend--we were very happy with the service!
This appliance repair is great! They recently came out to repair my dryer. It would not turn on and I thought I was going to have to replace the whole unit! It started making a really funny sound and it would not kick on! The repair man arrived on time and he showed me that the knob on the dryer was just loose and falling through the back of the machine. He fixed it within eight minutes and he was on his way. He only charged me half price for the service call because it didn't take that long to fix it! What a great service. I couldn't be happier! I am so glad that I called this appliance repair to come fix my dryer. They did such a great job and the technician John was kind and well-spoken. He was so professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you.

After describing the problem he gave me an informative diagnosis and a competitive cost quote. The technician arrived at my house in downtown Los Angeles within an hour. He was courteous, clean, and fast. He repaired my Thermador refrigerator and informed me of preventative measures to keep my refrigerator purring. Vic was quick, clean and very courteous. He did excellent work and tells you when your appliance is worth fixing. I would recommend him very highly and without hesitation as we are very happy with the work he has done for us.
Today I am very happy to write the review about this appliance repair company. I wasn't very happy yesterday morning when I went to dry some VERY wet clothes, only to find the dryer after 45 minutes hadn't done a THING. I turned it on for another 45 minutes and they were still soaked. I figured something must be terribly wrong with it. Ugh. So I googled appliance places and found these guys. They had lots of positive reviews posted online. So I decided to give them a chance. They came out this morning and figured out that my heating eliment had died in the dryer. So they went and got the part, came back and fixed it up for me. They did quality work and were friendly. I had been having problems with my Jenn Air dishwasher for weeks. It was a game of it will decide to work today or not. When it did run, often times the dishes still had food on them and streaks. I feared the worst. That it was broken and I knew we wouldn't have enough money to fix it. I couldn't go back to scrubbing by hand not after being afforded this luxury. So I called up various companies to see if my miracle machine was salvageable. Finally I came across this appliance repair. They had wonderful reviews on their site, and the price seemed fair. The guys came out on time and immediately were able to diagnose my dishwasher as fixable. I was so relieved. It didn't take them long at all. We started it up and it worked, good as new. When I got the bill it was just as they had said it would be. No hidden fees or extra charges thrown on there. It's been working like a dream ever since.
Their technician Jack serviced our home to the absolute satisfaction. Without any doubt I can say that they are expert at their works. Last week when I called them for my duct cleaning, after thoroughly cleaning the air ducts Jack tested the entire duct for proper air flow. He also double checked and made sure the dryer's ducts were absolutely clean as well. Their style of work is quiet, clean and quick work that will impress everyone.
