Felt very let down by the service after the sale. Was promised text message(s) follow ups and never heard back. We bought a floor model and therefore had to wait about 6 weeks to receive it. I had to reach out 10 days out to make installation arrangements and to confirm the delivery date and time. Got one text post-installation and that was basically for payment for the electricians. Not at all what we were promised and quite frankly well below what I’d expect after having bought a 10,000 item from you. Also there were permanent visible scuffs on the tub itself.

At 61 years of age, still working as a full-time police officer, my sprint and weight workouts are very important to me. My Vita Prestige Spa from Fiesta Pools on South Sheridan is a vital part of my sprint running regiment. The daily use allows me to recover quickly and gets me back to my training. The spa has helped me improved my 400-meter race by 2 seconds. I want to thank Erik and the Fiesta Pool crew for a very satisfying experience.

I live in Wagoner and had been purchasing my chemicals at a pool company closer to me but found I was being sold items that weren't necessary. My son recommended Fiesta Pools and Spas to me and I thought I'd try them. I've not been disappointed. I now purchase all of my pool chemicals from them and will be using them to close my pool for the winter season. I trust what they tell me and value their opinion. I hope you'll give them a try.

Been with Fiesta Pools Sheridan Road 14 years....David and I can not say enough wonderful things about this family of employees!!! We have purchased a hot tub from Eric....he has been fantastic! Our pool water has never been clearer, sparkling and they have never had us chase chemicals as other companies in town have. They have always been professional, friendly, and honest. We love their employees, Eric....spa pools, Doug and Mike from in-pool installations...came this past weekend, to fix our spa....instant response, and were here immediately!! We were absolutely pleased with the immediate response of your help. As far as the Fiesta store itself, \Big Mike\....who has personally shared his garden with us, Noah, who has served us personally, Elizabeth, who BTW was promoted and on to greater places in management.. And even past employees whom we would like to recognize, Constantine, who has served us very well, and moved on to greater college aspirations, (this is a tribute to the company and to this staff person as well.)..Jason, so personable, and helpful, Kelly C. who is jovial and so sweet, knowledgeable, Quinn, also so great and we must say EVERY EMPLOYEE at Fiesta has never steered us wrong and has always made our pool and spa look exquisite!! We TRUST every pool test, we TRUST their opinion and we would never second guess their suggestions!! David and I love you all, respect you all, and appreciate you ALL! FIESTA ROCKS!!
