We purchased our SQ5 from Derek today and it was an awesome and easy experience!! He was great to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made the purchase process quick and seamless, which we appreciated! We worked with Devin in finance, who was also great to work with. He explained everything clearly and the paperwork was speedy, with no issues. Derek explained the features of the vehicle when the paperwork was completed and helped us to understand all of the new technology. There’s a lot to learn! Overall, our day at Audi Tacoma was perfect!

Great shopping experience at Audi Tacoma! I was working with both Shawn and Brian to purchase a new 2021 Audi Q5. Experience with both exceeded my expectation. One of those days, we were the last to leave the dealership and Shawn stayed behind to make sure everything went fine and didn't leave until after we did. There was no pressure and no back and forth during the negotiation. Worked with Brian when I picked up the car. He's super funny and went above and beyond for me. Michael Sierra provided one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. He was extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and friendly. He took the time to show me many of the features in my new vehicle. The whole process was very personable, like buying a car from an old friend. I mistakenly left something in my trade in vehicle, realizing it 5 days later.. He responded very quickly, was very reassuring, and was able to secure what I left behind.

After a number of mediocre experiences at a few other dealerships, my experience purchasing our Subaru Outback from Audi Tacoma was a breath of fresh air. I worked directly with Spencer to get all the information I needed upfront about the car and he made sure I knew everything I needed before coming down to test drive. He was a quick communicator, transparent, and did everything he could to make the transaction smooth and easy. The protection plans offered by Audi Tacoma were presented and explained frankly to me, but were not pushed on me which I appreciated. The lifetime powertrain warranty offered by Audi Tacoma (and free car washes) were just the piece of mind I needed and was one of the many things that set Audi Tacoma apart from the rest of the dealers I visited. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next new/used car.

Went in to Audi Tacoma to assess the trade in value of our vehicles. Our salesman, AJ, worked with us for at least 6 hours as we test drove several vehicles and negotiated with the finance department on our trades. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the value on our 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 and on the generous prices that Audi Tacoma offered us for our trades. AJ was totally patient and understanding during the whole process and we felt like he had our best interests in mind all the way through. I would definitely recommend that you schedule an appointment with AJ if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.
