I've been going to Fifth Avenue Gynecology for decades now. My friend has had all her children delivered by Dr. Clinch because he is the sweetest most caring Doctor ever!

Dr Charles Clinch is the best. He delivered both my children and one of my grandchildren. He has always been kind and listens to you. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.

I have been coming to this office since last year and with the change in front office staff this year their service has continued to decline. The receptionist is extremely rude and dismissive. As if its an interruption of her day to assist you. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15 and after an hour has passed with multiple patients arriving after I did being called back I had to question the receptionist at least three times to see why my appt time wasn't being honored. She had no real explanation just shrugged it off saying that we would be called next. At one point she even asked if I wanted to reschedule for a different day, after I already waited and hour with no explanation of why we hadn't been seen! Then that would mean I would need to take off work AGAIN, no thank you! I scheduled that time (3:15) knowing that a shot should take no longer Than 15-20 min tops. I needed to report back to work that evening but I gave myself and hour window just to be on the safe side.. I explained this to the receptionist multiple times yet others with later appointments continued to be called back. The entire process took roughly and hour and a half for a shot to be administered! Then as we left the receptionist asked the uselessly patronizing question, \Would you like to set up your next appt now or will you call in to set up the appt?\ Lady, why on earth would I waste my time setting up and appt time when you all obviously disregard the time people should be seen? It was all I could do to simply say no, and walk out of the door (Jesus had to take the wheel at that moment because \Kina\ would have had a lot more to say in some not so friendly choice of words.) I don't appreciate when people devalue and/or waste my time. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I saw Doctor Shah in March 2018. She made the diagnosis of cancer. She has called me twice to see how I’m doing. The last call today, on my first day of chemo. 1/21/2020 Dr Shah is a remarkable and compassionate doctor who truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a good gyn!!
