Nothing much there. Bathrooms are super far from docks, store is run down and falling apart, their credit card machine for gas wasn't working. However, food truck is awesome!

I’m speaking solely on the retail parts & products shop. I haven’t had any repair service done there. Purely, they lack any level of customer service or satisfaction. Rude, irritable and totally void of any empathy for a customer’s needs or situation. Old, dirty, outdated showroom. Disgusting. If u need anything in the Shelbyville area, just google R&B Marine. They are more than happy to take the business that this lady pisses away.

I just need to commend Steve out there. He is happy to provide good advice on boat or motor repairs and doen't always advise the route that makes him the most money. Boats are expensive enough without your local dealer conning you into parts you don't need and that is Steve. Great service. Thanks a boatload. You keep us coming back.
